Process

Schuster Homes, Inc. is dedicated to providing professional personalized service with a commitment to maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail. Our goals are to uphold our standards for excellence, exceed our customer’s expectations and continue our legacy as a building company with true integrity.
Building a home can be a complicated process, with hundreds of decisions to be made and work extending over many months.  At Schuster Homes, Inc. we have refined our building systems to make the building process easier for you. We start with an informational consultation to discuss your new home needs.  If you have a lot, we’ll visit it with you, or show you a wide selection of lots on which to build.  If you have house plans, we’ll review them carefully with you to ensure the look you desire is in place.   Or we can help you select or design a plan to suit your needs.

Once you have a lot and plan, we’ll help you select the handcrafted materials and unique components that reflect your personal tastes while keeping our commitment to your desired budget.  We’ll provide an itemized estimate and provide you with contract options that specifically meet your financing needs.

During construction we’ll schedule personal site visits with your builder to review the progress of construction and allow for changes at that time. Before closing we will walk you through your new home to explain it’s features and operations.

There is a lot of work that goes into building a custom home.  Through our simplified building systems and personalized service, we take the “work” out of building a new home.  We strive to make building your new home an easy, enjoyable and rewarding experience.
